Pizza

Our pizzas are a labor of love. We make the dough each day in the wee hours of the morning. Our dough recipe is simple: Montana wheat flour milled in Great Falls, water, yeast, sea salt, and extra virgin olive oil. After a long slow rise, each pizza is expertly hand-tossed and topped with a blend of mozzarella, Romano, Parmesan, and provolone then carefully cooked in our 600-degree stone-deck oven.
